Coming to the Coldplay concert in August 2025? Why not bring your tent and stay with us for a few days, as we are ideally located within a 15 minute drive from Craven Park Stadium. There is a lot to do while you are here. Visit our rescue farm and its animals, take a short 5 minute stroll and listen to local and up-coming artists at the Ruben's Voice Charity concert in Hedon on Saturday 16th August or pop on the bus or in your car to local attractions such as The Deep or the seaside. Our wild camping field has portaloos and is next door to the Haven Arms and a short walk from Hedon town centre with a range of shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways. Prices are £35 per tent per night (non-electric) and include 2 people. Other guests are able to be added at a charge of £15 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy

Terms and conditions. Admission Admission is only permitted after registering at reception. At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over. Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Arrivals and departures Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit. No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures. Units will be allocated on arrival. Changes to your holiday Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day(s) of arrival. Modifications are subject to a £5.00 fee. Dogs Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times. Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge. The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro). Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped. General Bookings are nominative and non-transferable. In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site. Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.. Please respect our neighbours when arriving at or leaving the site at any time of day. Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly. The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered. This site has no Elson point. Occupancy No hen/stag parties permitted. Safety Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times. Firearms are not permitted. Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit. Open fires are prohibited. This is a working farm. All members of your party MUST stay within the public areas of the farm. Anyone found outside of these areas will be asked to leave. This is for the safety of both you and our animals. A farm can be a dangerous place. The behaviour of yourself and your guests are your resonsibility. Any damage to any of our property is your responsibility and you are liable for any damage. In the event that an accident happens, please notify us immediatley so an arrangement can be made.
